Meurice Eastway Business Center
The project affirms the mixed-use nature of the block through a clear functional layout, combining a business center in the north of the plot with the Department of Sanitation and Water services in the south, complemented by technical and parking levels in the infrastructure.
Structured on several levels, the ground floor connects the entrances, which are protected by lightweight structures that promote natural light and ventilation. The glass-fronted reception hall, located at the corner of Rue Paul Meurice and the greenway, emphasizes the project's openness to the public space, while the modular superstructure platforms, extended by accessible terraces, provide workspaces, relaxation areas, and meeting rooms. At the highest point, a panoramic cafeteria is located on the top floor, offering a meeting place that opens onto the surrounding urban landscape.
