Deskopolitan

In the heart of Paris's 11th arrondissement, the block located at 224-226 Boulevard Voltaire is a forgotten location, almost kept secret. The renovation and extension project proposed by Franklin Azzi is in line with a respectful approach to the built heritage, based on the original principles of the building's design.

Preserved for many years, this block is now being reborn under the impetus of Deskopolitan to become a unique place. Its unique position in the heart of the block makes it an atypical location where one of the first urban challenges was to open up the site to the neighbourhood through a rich programme of activities. Covering almost 6,000 m², it brings together a variety of innovation-focused activities and uses: workspaces, a hotel, a restaurant, sports studios and a crèche.
