MIPIM 2026 – Madeleine, Kick-off visit

Madeleine was chosen to host the launch of the 2026 edition of MIPIM, a major international event in the real estate sector. 

Located at the corner of Boulevard de la Madeleine and Rue Duphot, in a protected area in the heart of the 1st arrondissement, the building, which has undergone numerous transformations, is embarking on a new life under the banner of carbon neutrality and sustainability. 

Emblematic of the 1930s, marked by the Art Deco spirit of the former Aux Trois Quartiers department store, this office building, considered one of the most beautiful in Paris, is the subject of an ambitious renovation project aimed at restoring its urban dimension and opening it up to the city.

The original façades are being restored and rebalanced to restore the building's architectural identity. The side frames, which were removed during renovations in the 1990s, are being reinterpreted and restored. The floors are being transformed with a focus on clarity, flexibility and scalability, while the roofs, once condemned by technical constraints, are being turned into an event and relaxation space covering more than 2 500 m².
