126 Rivoli wins the 2026 MIPIM Awards in the Best Conversion Project category

At 126 rue de Rivoli, the agency reinterprets an emblematic building as an active urban island, where retail, workspace and hospitality will coexist within a structure revealed rather than transformed.

The project opens the building to the city, streamlines internal circulations and creates new spatial continuities from the ground floor to the rooftop. An architecture that reaffirms the capacity of the existing fabric to accommodate contemporary uses.
