As part of the SIBCA 2022 at the Grand Palais éphémère, Delphine Migeon will be presenting the Messager project alongside Fadia Karam, Development Director of SNCF Immobilier, on September 22, 10:30am CEST

The Messager building is located in the heart of the urban project 'Les Messageries' (Paris 12e) developed by Espaces Ferroviaires.

As prototypical project, the building is characterized by its high environmental qualities, aiming for the highest certifications (E+C-, BREEAM and HQE Excellent level, BiodiverCity, R2S), but also by a design offering comfort and flexibility. Fully reversible into housing, it meets the challenges of the evolving city and the future PLU of the City of Paris. A place of life and destination that opens onto the new district and creates a link with the future park.
