Bellini Tower

The Bellini Tower, Swiss Life's French headquarters developed by the Altarea Entreprise real estate developer, stands at the entrance to the La Défense business district in Puteaux. An iconic landmark, the 18,000 m² 13-story office building, with its mineral-inspired design and transparency, is connected to the public transport network and offers unobstructed views of Paris and its skyline from its terrace. Bellini combines a prime location with a range of services—including an inter-company restaurant, café, bicycle storage, etc. – and a variety of open spaces, renewing the codes of a single-purpose high-rise building. All of its floors offer flexible and connected workspaces, complementing the interior spaces for exchange and dialogue. Shared spaces host a rich program of activities and allow users to welcome, meet, share, work, and entertain.

An iconic building on the Seine, the Bellini building has a stone-clad base on its lower levels to better manage the urban transition between the La Défense district and the more domestic buildings of Puteaux. The upper part of the building is divided into fully glazed layers with slight recesses between them, giving the building a plastic identity whose main objective is to reduce its frontality.
