This private apartment has been completely redesigned, from the architectural concept to the interior design, by Franklin Azzi. 

Nestled on the top floor of a Haussmann-style building, the project reveals the existing structure thanks to a rigorous, cleverly integrated technical renovation that meets the highest standards of comfort. 

In line with the owner's desire for simplicity, the setting is as minimalist as it is warm. The materials—stone, metal, and wood—chosen for their raw character and durability, anchor the whole in a long-lasting temporality and ensure the coherence of the space.
