The Bureau
The Bureau is a multi-faceted space. Firstly, it is a workspace, with offices that are sober, clear and efficient. Then it's a space for services, with each programme being a destination: a concierge service, a burner room, a bar, a restaurant. The office is an ecosystem where you feel good, where you work well!
For the interior design, the agency borrows freely from hotel and domestic codes. Each programme unfolds its own universe, taking advantage of the characteristics of the space in which it is located: the bakehouse is adorned with sunny yellow ceramics to beckon from the street, the circulation areas are adorned with multifunctional oak walls, while the restaurant turns a spatial incongruity into an asset. A difference in level right in the middle of the space will become a sunken lounge entirely covered in carpet, a nod to 70s design. The silver slatted ceiling and the Parisian brasserie-style mirrors on the walls amplify the natural light coming in from the inner courtyard.
