Saint Germain

This private apartment has been completely redesigned by Franklin Azzi. Combining architectural design and interior design, the project reveals the quality of the existing space while preserving certain hallmarks of Parisian housing in order to create a sense of spatial clarity that meets the owner's desire for simplicity. In an approach that is both rigorous and contextual, the volumes have been precisely reconfigured to create fluid continuity and reduce any technical presence to silence. The materials, chosen for their raw character and durability, anchor the whole in a long-term perspective and ensure the coherence of the space.
