Seafront promenade

The Franklin Azzi Agency is contributing to the transformation of La Baule’s seafront, following a competition launched by the City. The agency is responsible for designing the beach access points as well as the redevelopment of the commercial avenues Louis Lajarrige and Général de Gaulle. The project aims to enhance comfort and accessibility for all users by rethinking how the spaces are used, improving the flow of soft mobility, and expanding pedestrian areas. Franklin Azzi highlights the site's identity through architectural interventions, such as the creation of large, lightweight canopies open to the ocean. This new development restores the seafront's role as a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable place for living, gathering, and strolling.
