Les Pantinoises, housing

Franklin Azzi, in harmony with Emerige and Semip, has designed two buildings in the heart of Pantin. Conceived as an echo of the city's industrial past, the project combines light-colored bricks, stepped volumes, and green spaces. The complex blends seamlessly into the urban fabric, while offering open courtyards, dual-aspect apartments and generous balconies or terraces. Each stairwell leads to a shared belvedere, inviting residents to meet and socialize. The 9.2-foot ceilings, natural ventilation, and prefabricated facades ensure comfort and energy efficiency. In collaboration with Eva Jospin, the lobbies become places of artistic expression, with sculpted columns and playful perspectives.
