Dubaï Tower

Designed by Franklin Azzi, the tower stands out thanks to its glass envelope surrounding an inner wooden skin, composed of movable shutters for each room. A truly hybrid living space, it hosts a variety of amenities: a restaurant, bar, café, volleyball and basketball courts, swimming pool, as well as 201 rooms and 80 aparthotels. The complex covers 24,000 square meters and is designed as a space dedicated to travelers, offering hospitality, leisure, and shared uses.
