Vaugirard, Crédit Agricole Headquarters

Franklin Azzi is involved in the restructuring of the former headquarters of La Poste, a stone's throw from Montparnasse station. Built in 1957 by architects J. Bukiet and J.-B. Mathon, then converted in 2003, the building enjoys a strategic location and unobstructed views of the Parisian landscape. Organised into four entities — a main T-shaped volume housing the offices, a base dedicated to common areas (restaurant, meeting rooms, auditorium, gym), an independent post office on the ground floor, and two levels of underground parking — the building covers the entire plot. The project aims to renovate the interior spaces, adapt the floors to new uses and increase capacity, while redesigning the façade on Boulevard de Vaugirard. This renovation project enhances the overall coherence of the building, while highlighting the identity of an iconic site in the 15th arrondissement.
