Jennifer Caubet, artist residency
Franklin Azzi Endowment Fund is pleased to collaborate with lab’ PCE and the DRAC Île-de-France for the third consecutive year as part of the Artists-in-Residence in Companies program, and to welcome visual artist Jennifer Caubet for a seven-month residency at the agency.
Having studied in Toulouse, Barcelona, and Tokyo before graduating from the École nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris, Jennifer Caubet has developed a practice at the crossroads of art, architecture, and engineering. Through sculpture, installation, and drawing, she explores the physical, sensory, and relational dimensions of space. In dialogue with the places she explores and the people who shape them, she creates forms that question how we inhabit, perceive, and transform our environments.
This approach resonates strongly with the vision of the Agency, whose work is founded in the convergence of disciplines with the consideration to the uses, contexts, and stories embedded within places.
Conceived as a space for exchange and experimentation, the residency provides the conditions for a fertile dialogue between artistic creation and architectural conception, where perspectives intersect, enrich one another, and open up new possibilites.
