26 CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES
On the occasion of the delivery of block 26 CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES, Atelier Tempo produced a documentary immersed in the heart of the project.
For this project to transform the Champs-Elysées, Franklin Azzi was entrusted with the rehabilitation and revitalization of a 13,000 m² through block linking the Avenue to Rue de Ponthieu.
Rediscovering the purity of the facades of this original project by A. Wogenscky and J. Dubuisson was the leitmotiv of the rehabilitation project, whose architectural and commercial enhancement was articulated around three axes: bringing lightness and openness to the facade, clarifying circulation and elevating the interior courtyard with planted terraces.
Thanks to Atelier Tempo for this documentary
