- Main Missions
Assistant Project Manager position within the “Interior Architecture” department of the Franklin Azzi agency, to strengthen its team during the design phase of a tertiary office renovation project, as well as a private residential project at concept and schematic design stages.
Working closely with a Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will participate in the design and creative studies, as well as in the development of all design phases, including concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design stages.
Ability to initiate creative and relevant design ideas.
Full proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp. Basic knowledge of Revit and Enscape is a plus.Required ProfileDesired qualifications: Higher education in Interior Architecture
Bachelor’s +4 or +5 (Master’s degree or equivalent)Experience level: Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ professional experience in an agency on comparable projects

Organised and methodical, with both creative and technical sensibilities
Autonomous in organising and leading client meetings and in producing all design study phases

Job description - Presentation
Franklin Azzi Agency is recruiting a Communication Assistant Intern, ideally for a six-month internship. Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Communication Assistant Intern will be responsible for monitoring ongoing projects, contributing to production development, and supporting communication around current and upcoming projects. The agency’s communication strategy spans all its fields of activity: architecture, interior architecture, object, and art, through its Endowment Fund dedicated to contemporary art (exhibitions, artist residencies, collaborations, etc.). The position requires a strong ability to understand the agency’s image and positioning, as well as the universe and philosophy of the founding architect, combined with creativity and imagination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
_ Contribute to the development of the agency through content creation (social media) and the input of projects and news on the website
_ Assist in the production of various print materials (press kits, brochures, etc.) and digital media (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
_ Update and support the operational rollout of the communication plan across key social media platforms
_ Conduct monitoring and benchmarking activities
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
_ Research, sort, and compile information and documents in preparation for events (exhibitions, talks, etc.)
_ Coordinate and follow up with external service providers (printers, photographers, video editors, etc.)
_ Prepare and manage submissions for architecture awards
_ Carry out iconographic research for editorial projects
EVENTS
_ Participate in the organisation of internal and external events
