  • Presentation

    The Franklin AZZI agency is recruiting a communications assistant for an internship, ideally for six months. Under the supervision of the Associate Director and the Communications Manager, the communications assistant will be responsible for monitoring current projects, developing production and communicating current and future projects. The communications line covers all of the company's activities: architecture, interior architecture, design and art via its Endowment Fund for Contemporary Art (exhibitions, artist residencies, collaborations, etc.). The position requires an ability to understand the agency's image, its positioning, the world and philosophy of its founding architect, as well as a capacity for creativity and imagination.

     

    CONTENT

    Participation in the agency's development by creating content (social networks) and entering projects and news (website).

    _ Assist in the production of various print media: press kits, brochures, etc. and digital media: Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

    _ Updating and operational deployment of the communication plan on our main networks.

    _ Monitoring and benchmarking

     

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

    _ Iconographic research for editorial projects

    _ Research, sorting and compilation of information and documents in preparation for an event (exhibition, speech, etc.).

    _ Follow-up with service providers (printers, photographers, editors etc.)

    _ Creation and follow-up of architecture prize applications

     

    EVENTS

    _ Participation in the organization of our internal and external events

    Profile required

    _ Student in Licence 3 or higher
    _ Software : Adobe Suite, Website management

    Qualities required

    _ Knowledge of the fields in which the agency operates: architecture, interior architecture, design and art

    _ Ability to work closely with management teams, project teams and external stakeholders

    _ Understanding of the agency's strategic communications challenges

    _ Knowledge of representation techniques and tools

    _ Organizational skills

    _ Excellent interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication.
