WORKSTATION, REHABILITATION OF OFFICE BUILDING AT LA DEFENSE

After 18 months of work, the WorkStation office building was inaugurated on Thursday, July 12, 2018, in the presence of Jacques Kossowski, Mayor of the City of Courbevoie, President of Paris Ouest La Defense and Xavier Musseau, General Manager IM Hines France.

At the inauguration, Franklin Azzi presented the axes of the architectural project: the "reasonable" intervention in frontage, the bias of the openings in the auditorium, the visual and physical connections since the circulations, the importance given to the plants and exteriors, especially thanks to the garden of 1,500 m2 and the breathtaking view from the office floors on the Parisian landscape : from the banks of the Seine to the SkyLine de la Défense.
