WINNER OF THE HOUSING CONTEST IN PANTIN : FRANKLIN AZZI ARCHITECTURE

Franklin Azzi Architecture, accompanied by the co-promotion Emerige/SEMIP, won the contest of the Diagonale District in Pantin, for urban development and construction of housing buildings.

The project is based on creating and linking landscaped areas. From this strong point of the site, the architectural project presents two buildings, turned towards the West, whose volumetry in U integrates gardens in heart of islet. These buildings are composed of terraces allowing each dwelling to benefit from private outdoor spaces.

Attention is focused on the connection of architecture from its urban environment in order to promote the integration of buildings in this new district of Diagonale.
